Multilingual Capabilities

Blink has introduced a translation option to allow multilingual vendors to use our product more easily. The first translation option introduced in the Blink Portal is for Arabic users.

How it works: 

Home > Select Language > Arabic

 

Source Filter on Live Orders

This is a website-only feature that allows vendors to track and filter live orders according to their order source. E.g., Facebook, Google, Easypaisa, Savyour, etc. Through this feature, vendors can gain visibility on which platform or channel is bringing in the most or least orders to their restaurant/store.

How it works: 

Orders > Live Orders > Order Source

 

Rider Performance Dashboard on Rider Portal

Vendors can now track the performance of a specific rider on their Rider Portal. You can now have visibility on the Total Rides, Accepted Rides, Completed Rides, Rejected Rides, Average Trip Time, and Total Duty Time of different riders to track their performance.

 

New Updates

 

New Theme: Brave

Blink has increased theme options for our vendors’ websites and mobile apps. The “Brave” theme has been introduced as a new and fun UI for end customers.

3 Decimal Compatibility

Blink websites and app now have the capability to display prices in 3 decimal places, an update that is useful for countries such as Oman, Kuwait, etc.
