The brand guidelines of your business can be used to modify the color palette of your brand’s website and/or app.

Blink Co. offers Enterprise clients design as well as system-specific reporting and integrations customizations for additional charges.

Our ready-made web and app designs come in two different themes – a restaurants theme and a supermarket theme built in the Blink for Restaurants and Blink for Supermarkets versions respectively

Banners can only be uploaded in the JPEG image format.

During the onboarding process, you can choose your preferred color and theme .

1. Login to your account on the Blink Merchant Portal
2. In the side menu, go to ‘Settings’
3. Click on ‘Master Settings’
4. In the ‘Image’ field, Click on ‘Browse’ and select the logo you want to upload, ensuring it is in JPEG format
5. Click on ‘Save Settings’

You can upload one or more banners at a time.

1. Login to the Blink Merchant Portal
2. In the side menu, go to Settings > In-App Banners
3. In the ‘Branches’ field, click on the dropdown menu to select one or more branches where the banner needs to be displayed
4. Click on the ‘Update’ button

3. Click on the ‘+Add Banners’ button
4. Fill in the necessary fields
5. In the ‘App Banner Image’ and ‘Web Banner Image’ fields, browse for the banners to be uploaded
6. Click on the ‘Add’ button

2. Go to Settings > In-App/Web Banners
3. In the Action column, click on the ‘Edit Banner’ button
4. In the Link with item field, select a product from the dropdown list
5. Click on the Update button

Yes, a banner’s visibility can be time-bound.
